eDoc4u delivers its web services as a flexible, scalable and integrated ASP platform. Private-labeled modules can be presented using our client’s style guide and content for ‘common look and feel’.  Web services are available for Single-Sign-On, and data import and export.  On-line reporting tools provide member participation and aggregate details to proactively manage member healthcare needs, while patient-granted provider access allows physicians to update and interact with patients.

ASP Platform

• eDoc4u’s enterprise architecture, with distributed caching and load balanced server farms, is fully scalable to support thousands of simultaneous users with sub-second response.    
• Data access, storage and transmission are all designed to stringent HIPAA compliance requirements using VeriSign 128 bit SSL encryption for security and protection of member information.   

eDoc4u Integration

• eDoc4u integration services include Single-Sign-On (SSO) for member authentication and data sharing, web services for data import and export, module pre-population from client data warehouses, and full customization to client specifications.
• The eDoc4u platform can be integrated within client portals using specific style guides, content and language, in either pop-up or I-frame configurations for consistent user experience.

Reporting & Access Management

• Approved health care providers are given access to protected health information on a patient-by-patient and group-by-group basis. Approved members of patient’s health care team have the ability to review patient recommendations, disease risks and personal health records. This enhances the patient/doctor talk time during the office visit and helps guide compliance with the preventive care recommendations.
• Group reports, accessed on-line or thru web services, provide real time proactive health management of client groups. Reports include; demographics, enrollment activity, member participation, recommendations, personal and family diseases, medications, demographics and history of completion.
